Constitution of India: Bare Act
Official Privacy Policy & Data Safety Disclosures for Android Application
Welcome to Constitution of India: Bare Act (referred to as "the App"), developed by House of 2 Studio. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
By installing and using this App, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.
Our core philosophy is to provide a zero-friction, privacy-first reading and study environment. We do not collect or request any personally identifiable information (PII) from you.
- No Registration: You do not need to create an account, sign up, or link any social media profile to use the App.
- Local Data: All your study notes, bookmarks, and preferences (such as UPSC mode) are stored locally on your device's secure internal storage. They are never sent to external servers or shared with third parties.
To keep the App 100% free and accessible to all scholars, lawyers, and civil service aspirants, we display non-intrusive advertisements. The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device:
- Google AdMob: Google's mobile advertising service. AdMob may collect and use diagnostic and usage telemetry, as well as unique device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), to serve advertisements in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.
We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy & Terms to understand how Google processes ad-related data.
This App does not use cookies. Your personal bookmarks and active settings are stored using standard Android Room Database and Jetpack DataStore Preferences, which remain completely sandboxed on your local device.
The App provides an educational reference to the Constitution of India and does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because the App operates primarily offline and does not collect personal data, your security risk is exceptionally low. We utilize standard Android security sandboxing protocols to protect local files and database instances stored on your device.
